If your insurance company is not listed above, a portion of your cost may still be covered. We can bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider, or you may submit a receipt (known as a Superbill) to your insurance for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
We also accept clients who are not using insurance.

FEES

Intake evaluation: $435-$610
Medication management & psychotherapy (20-35 minutes): $295-$365
Medication management & psychotherapy (40-52 minutes): $330-$505
Medication management: $155-$305
Psychotherapy (45-55 minutes): $180
Telephone calls with established clients (not usually covered by insurance):
    5-10 minutes: $25
    11-20 minutes: $85
    21-30 minutes: $130
Case management/care coordination: $30 per 15 minutes

Missed appointment or cancellation with less than 48 business hours notice (first missed appointment fee waived):
    25-minute appointment: $150
    50-minute appointment: $200
    New client intake evaluation: $150

Written documents: $50 per 15 minutes
Returned check fee: $30
Account past due (fee applied each month past 60 days): $20
